Electrical data loggers

Of the various types of Data Loggers, Accsense Electrocorder Data Loggers are the electrically powered logging tools used to monitor electrical parameters like power, current, voltage, quality of power and much more. Vacker Maldives supplies these devices to regions in Maldives such as Hithadhoo, Malé, Fuvahmulah, Kulhudhuffushi, Thinadhoo, Naifaru, Hulhumale, etc. These devices have the ability to perform constant data logging so as to point out issues on the supply and the equipment, ability to calculate and confirming the worth of prospective energy saving and are also used as an economical investment for enduring energy saving. Electrocorder data loggers can constantly sample each and every cycle on multiple occasions in the given period of time. It can record the minimum, maximum and the average readings. Further, for the interpretation of the data readings, a dedicated FREE software is incorporated with the data logger which additionally assists in enabling the user to identify the voltage for plotting power and energy. The data is then uploaded to the designated PC via USB and the uploaded data is analyzed.

Single and Three Phase Voltage Logger (EC - 3V)

Voltage Datalogger-Vacker Maldives

This data logger has a vital rotation or phase sequence checker. The readings of the voltage levels can be stored with distinct date and time. The EC – 3V electrocorder data logger has the ability to record data constantly even for a year if you have a proper provision of battery backup. Vacker Maldives supplies this model of Data Loggers to regions in Maldives such as Malé, Hithadhoo, Kulhudhuffushi, Thinadhoo, Naifaru, Hulhumale, etc.

General data loggers make single reading of parameters while this model uses a range of steady sampling techniques. The loggers record readings of parameters it does so by sampling each and every channel up to 16 times in each cycle. The cycle is of two types: 16 millisecond at 60 Hz and 20 milliseconds at 50 Hz. The data logger saves 3 quantities for every channel at the conclusion of every averaging period. Along with that it also records all the crests and the troughs in one cycle or that are longer than one cycle.

Characteristics

  • It has 500V AC 3 phases with a phase rotation regulator.
  • It allows the problem in the voltage to be highlighted so that it can be investigated in the future.
  • If problems arise in single and 3 phase voltage then it can be monitored and resolved promptly.
  • Single and 3 phase input (line1, line2 and line3)
  • It can record data of maximum, minimum and average readings with time and date and the same is stored in the non- volatile memory.
  • Electrosoft analyses the recorded data which is once uploaded to the PC.
  • It has a rotation regulator or a basic phase sequence.
  • Its kit consists of a logger, a carrying case, Electrosoft software (Free), input and USB leads.
  • Situation suitable average period can be selected that can be accurate by ±1 Volt and ±1% reading.
  • Per phase it has a storage capacity of 32,000 voltage value (on true RMS) up to a continuous reading period of 300 days.

Single and Three Phase Current Logger (EC - 3V)

These specific data loggers have been designed for monitoring one, two to three existing channels which allows the user to observe the load and thus the energy consumed by the installation. The data that is stored in its memory can be transferred to a PC through the provision of a USB cable. Vacker Maldives supplies this model of Data Logger Devices to regions in Maldives such as Hithadhoo, Malé, Fuvahmulah, Kulhudhuffushi, Thinadhoo, Naifaru, Hulhumale, etc.

It has 3 Rogowski transducers. 4 models of this data logger are available in this range. They are: EC-3A-FK, EC-3A-1K, EC-3A-2K and EC-3A-3K and they have a respective range of 5 to 400A, 10 – 1kA, 15 – 2kA and 20 – 3kA. A normal range of 10 kA per phase can be factory set.

The Electrocorder can store readings of average current for the defined period (ranging from 1 second to 60 minutes). At the same time, it can record the maximum and the minimum cycle values for the same period. While storing the readings, they are stored with date and time. The Electrocorder can continuously store reading for up to 3 months provided that it is supplemented with a battery backup. For the same it comes with an input of 12V DC PSU.

Characteristics

  • It uses 3 phases (3KAac or 2kA, 1kA, 400A)
  • Problems with current and load is highlighted so that it can be investigated further.
  • It allows the users to trace load current (up to 3kAac). However the range is dependent on the models.
  • There are 3 input channels for current (A1, A2 and A3)
  • It can record minimum, maximum and average current readings.
  • The data is stored in a non-volatile memory.
  • Electrosoft analyses the recorded data which is once uploaded to the PC.
  • Its kit consists of 3Rogowski Transducers, a logger, a carrying case, Electrosoft software, 12Vdc PSU and USB leads.
  • Per phase it has a storage capacity of 32,000 voltage value (on true RMS) up to a continuous reading period of 300 days.
  • Situation suitable average period can be selected that can be accurate by ±1% reading.
